Ol’ Factory Pils, 5.0% abv

Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun!   Crisp…refreshing…refined.

Road To Ruin, 7.2% abv

A big, hoppy IPA with plenty of bite!  Our assertive, hop-centric Double IPA has a lean malt backdrop and is brewed with four American hop varieties – Summit, Palisade, Cascade and Magnum. Piney, citrus, floral, not-for-the-timid!

Workers Comp Saison, 4.8% abv

A traditional farmhouse ale made with a very expressive yeast strain that contributes an array of tropical fruit, spice flavors and aromatics.  Brewed with a variety of harvest grains including barley, wheat, oats and rye as was likely the case with farmhouse brewers of yore. The result is a complex, refreshing and distinctive example of this esoteric style. Intensely fruity (passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lychee), slightly spicy (clove, white pepper)

White IPA, 6.0% abv

The Two Roads interpretation of this emerging beer style naturally takes a road less traveled. Unlike other versions, ours employs an American ale yeast and no spices. The result is a soft wheat backdrop that accentuates the Pacific Northwest hop character.

Henry’s Farm Doppelbock,  7.8% ABV

Henry’s Farm Double Bock is made in remembrance of partner Brad Hittle’s great-grand father Henry Dethlefsen, who made a bock beer on his White Lake, South Dakota farm every spring for his neighbors to enjoy. It is a classic dark German lager with a robust body and deep ruby color. Lightly balanced with floral hops gives this brew a well-rounded sweetness with notes of caramel, toffee and pumpernickel bread. It comes in at 7.8% ABV and is currently available on draft in our tasting room and will be released in 22 oz bottles in April.

Igor’s Dream Russian Imperial Stout , 10.9%

In honor of Stratford’s aviation pioneer Igor Sikorsky, we’ve created this most unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout. Made with rye and aged in oak whiskey barrels that give it a depth of character like no other, we think Igor would be pleased with the attention to detail in our creation.

Ol' Factory Pils

Our beers will feature unique renditions of classic beer styles such as IPAs, Pilsners, Saisons, along with limited edition bottles of eclectic brews— some of which will be available only at the brewery.
