Construction Update – 8/31

The Brewery is really coming together — both figuratively and literally. Our Rolec team from Germany is still here installing our state-of-the-art brewing equipment and they’re making lots of “connections” here in the states.

If you find well-executed welds a thing of beauty like we do, you should see the craftsmanship on every pipe connection they install!

Upstairs, our tasting room is taking shape as well; a custom bar using reclaimed wood from around the old factory and wood brick is under construction and will be the best seat in the house for tasting what we believe will be some of the best beers in the Northeast!

IGOR BOTTLES SOLD OUT

We sold all 999 bottles in three hours! It was such a fun day and we are glad everyone enjoyed themselves. It was als0 great to have the Sikorsky sons with us signing bottles. What a treat! Cheers and we’re already looking forward to next year’s release.
